How fast will my order ship, and when will I receive tracking?
We typically ship your order within one business day using two-day priority shipping. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link the same day so you can monitor its journey.
Is the package gift-ready?
Yes! Our packages are gift-ready, with no price information inside, making it perfect for gifting without any worries.
Do you offer refunds?
As our products are custom-made with your child’s name, we do not offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with manufacturing or quality (which is incredibly rare), simply use the return label inside the box to send it back. We’ll make it right for you!
Is your art gallery-quality?
Absolutely! Our artwork is created using gallery-quality materials. We use premium U.S.A.-made photographic paper mounted on thick matboard, professionally framed with heavy-duty resin frames that resemble real wood, providing a beautiful and durable finish.
Is the art original and unique?
Yes! All of our artwork is 100% original and hand-drawn by local artists. When you purchase from us, you’re supporting small businesses and receiving truly one-of-a-kind pieces.
Can I personalize the artwork?
Of course! Each piece is personalized with your child’s name, and we offer character variations (like long or short hair) to make it as unique as your little one.
Do you offer international shipping?
